About LivSynx

LivSynx is a visibility-first coordination platform created to support clearer communication and easier access to care-related information across the senior support landscape.

Our focus is simple: to support clearer access to provider-reported and publicly available support information, without changing how care decisions are made.

LivSynx was built to reduce confusion, delays, and repeated inquiries by offering structured, time-stamped visibility into provider-reported information and by organizing non-medical support resources in one place. We do not make placement decisions, provide clinical services, or replace existing workflows. Instead, LivSynx exists to support them.

In addition to visibility tools, Livsynx provides curated support directories to help families and professionals easily locate non-medical community resources such as non-emergency medical transportation, medical supplies and equipment companies, and community-based programs. These directories are designed to serve as helpful starting points and will continue to expand as LivSynx grows.

As communities expand and the needs of older adults become complex, coordination and access become just as important as care itself. LivSynx was designed to help close that gap by creating systems that are ethical, neutral, and genuinely useful.

A Note From the Founder

LivSynx was created from years of working closely with seniors, families, and care teams. In that work, I saw not only the medical side of aging, but the human side - families overwhelmed by choices, providers stretched thin, and coordinators spending countless hours simply trying to track down information that changes every day.

As our communities grow and age, seniors remain one of the most underserved populations. Systems that support coordination have not grown at the same pace as the needs. Information is often scattered. Availability changes quickly. Support services are difficult to locate. And the burden of navigating all of this often falls on families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

LivSynx was created in response to that gap.

It is intentionally non-clinical and visibility-focused — designed not to replace existing services, but to support them. LivSynx helps providers share availability more simply, helps care teams coordinate more clearly, and helps families find non-medical support resources more easily.

LivSynx is still growing. It is being shaped through listening, collaboration, and continuous improvement with the very communities it aims to support. My commitment is to steward this work with integrity, compassion, and deep respect for every individual and organization involved.

At its core, LivSynx exists to serve - by helping create clearer pathways, reducing unnecessary barriers, and supporting those who care for our aging population every day.

Our Approach

Our Mission

LivSynx is built on three guiding principles

  • Visibility before intervention - Clear information supports better coordination.

  • Neurality and respect - LivSynx does not influence admissions, referrals, or care decisions.

  • Human-centered systems  - Technology should support people, not replace them.

LivSynx is designed to strengthen care coordination by improving visibility into provider availability and access to non-medical support resources - helping organizations operate more efficiently while supporting families through complex care decisions
