During this pilot phase:

• There is no cost to participate

• Your availability updates take less than 30 seconds

• You remain in full control of admissions decisions

• This is not public-facing and does not collect PHI

We are onboarding a small group of founding providers in [County/State] to test and refine the

system before full launch.

    “Request Viewer Access” or “Provider JOin Network”

  2. Review Responses on Google Sheet

    Legit Company?

    Correct State?

    Professional Use?

    Then Approve

  3. Approval Email With Stripe Link (Only After Approval)

    When approved, you email them a private Stripe payment link.

    Stripe is not on the website.

  4. Create a payment link

    Open that product > Payment Links > Create

    Make sure it’s recurring

    Copy the link

    This is your “Approved Only” payment link.

Hi (Name),

Thanks for requesting access to LivSynx. Your request has been approved.

To activate access:

1.Please use this secure subscription link (STRIPE PAYMENT LINK)

2. Sign Service Agreement

Once completed, forward receipt and signed service agreement. I’ll then confirm access and send your orientation.

Set Stripe Subscription Correctly

  1. Products > LivSynx Viewer Access

  2. Pricing > Recurring/Monthly

  3. Turn on automatic retries (usually default)

  4. Under subscription settings > set cancellation after X failed attempts (Stripe handles this)

    Now Stripe Manages Payment

What Happens If They Stop Paying?

  1. Stripe will mark subscription as: Past Due, Unpaid, Canceled

    You will see this inside dashboard.

    Now Your Action: Immediately remove access

How to remove access

  1. Remove them from shared Google Sheet access

  2. Remove them from filtered view

  3. Remove from approved list.

    That’s it.
